The Padel Group’s Monthly Session will be on Friday, May 23 at Serres de Pals Golf and Sports Club from 10.30am for 90 minutes play. The club is off the C31 between Pals and Torroella de Montgri. The club house is a lovely stone building overlooking the golf course and there is ample parking on site.
We have four padel courts booked so numbers will have to be limited to 20 people, which allows for players to take rest breaks, plus four reserves in case anyone drops out at the last minute. It is important that you let me know as soon as possible if you are signed in but cannot play so that I can contact a reserve player to step in.
Please bring your padel racquets if you have them and some balls. The club also has a few racquets for hire. Wear normal sporting clothing and bring some water. It is also advisable to wear a hat as there is no shade. The cost is 5 euros per player so please bring some cash.
I suggest we meet at 10am so that we can have a coffee first and sort out the playing order.
Cancellation: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason you will receive an email & there will be a Cancellation Notice on the U3A Website by 8 am on the morning of the event.
