| Route Description | A peasant cycle through the countryside on tarmac and good tracks. Mainly flat with a few gentle inclines particularly to Rupia and Foixa. Route Gualta, Iberian settlement, Matajudaica, Parlava, Rupia, Foixa for Xmas Cheer , Ultramort and back to Gualta. |
