This is a vey pleasant, basically flat ride on minor roads, tracks, and coastal compacted sand paths, on the coastal plain between St Pere Pescador and Empuria Brava. We commence from the car park at restaurant Ca la Teresa in St Pere Pescador. We travel down to the coast where we meet the coast at restaurant La Gaviota from there we take the coastal sand tracks to the river Fluvia and back to St Pere Pescador, we take minor roads to Castello de Empurius, where we will pick up an elevated path that runs us back to the coast at Empuria Brava, here we will have our coffee stop. After coffee we commence our return journey, which takes us through the Agua Molls Parc Natural back onto the main road to St Pere Pescador.
