We start our tour with a visit to the goat farm where you will learn all about the specific black goats that are bred here for milk production. Afterwards we will visit Mas Alba where the cheeses are produced and you will be given a detailed explanation of the production process of the various cheeses. Those who dare can also descend into the old cellars under the mas where the most prestigious cheeses are maturing for a long time. To conclude, we are expected in the dining room for a tasting of the range of cheeses, accompanied by bread and a glass of natural wine
The guide who accompanies us speakes Spanish, but a U3a member will provide the necessary explanations in English .
€25 per person to be paid on arrival at Mas Alba. Numbers are limited to 20 people maximum on this event.
