Directions to meeting place: From the north (Figueres) take the C31 then left onto the GI-623 through Viladamat towards L'Escala From the south (Palafrugell, Calonge) take the C31 through Torroella de Montgri, then the GI-632 to L'Escala
Route Description: Circular route of about 15.5 kms, level 5, height gain 332 m. Duration 5-6 hours Starting from the restaurant, the route crosses L'Escala and continues along the coast where there are beautiful views, and then turns inland to return to L'Escala through the Montgri national park. Additional Information: Good hiking boots required and walking poles will be useful
