An opportunity for all group coordinators to get together to discuss how best we can support and encourage them in their role, explore new ideas and plan general improvements where needed. The meeting will take place at the restaurant L’Horta de Can Patxei near Gualta. Coffee will be served on arrival followed by a couple of hours of meeting and then lunch. Group coordinators and specifically invited participants only are eligible to attend the meeting. The association will cover the costs of the welcome coffee and lunch for coordinators. Partners are free to sign up for the lunch which, for them, will be at their own cost of 22 euros per person.
Cancellation: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason you will receive an email & there will be a Cancellation Notice on the U3A Website by 8 am on the morning of the event.
