Liz Merry will lead us trough the world of Malaysian Street Food and teach us how to prepare chicken satay with peanut sauce, Malaysian salad, nasi lemak (coconut rice) with egg sambal and mango sorbet for dessert. Please bring your own alcoholic drinks .
This event takes place at Paul Rowlerson’s house in Santa Christina d’Aro as he has a spacious kitchen and outdoor space to accommodate 13 cooks.
Please arrive at 11 AM to start the preparation followed by the lunch until approximately 2.30 PM .
The cooks only need to bring an apron , everything else will be supplied .
