- Turn into Palau Sator from the GI 621, between San Julian de Boada and Peratallada. just before the village turn LEFT into the carpark. coffee available at Sa Torre Restaurant. Please all be outside the restaurant ready to cycle off at 10:30

- A pleasant cicular ride on a mixture of minor roads and well trodden cycle paths, which take us towards the coast, through farmland and wooded areas.

Next Friday, Chris Wright has offered to lead the route she planned for the beginning of September, which sadly had to e cancelled because of the seering heat wave. By coincidence it starts in Palau Sator, as Alan's last ride did. However this relaxing circular route take us westwards to the banks of the Ter, along the coastal plain, through pleasant countryside, wooded areas near Pals and back on minor roads to the start. Level 2 just under 30km
