Ceramic Experience

A morning class to explore the handling of clay.
Ceramics are in our lives daily and the Costa Brava is famous for some exceptional pottery work.  This is approximately a 4 hour class with no particular expectations other than experiencing how clay feels while manufacturing  a vase/cup and a bowl.   The main focus is relaxed fun, exploring this tactile medium.

A craft experience is now considered a powerful way for reducing anxiety and stress, “providing a calming mental escape, improving mood, boosting dopamine and offering a tangible sense of accomplishment”.

Places are limited.  If there is enough interest we can repeat the class.  The price is €30.  This includes all equipment, room cost and a qualified ceramics tutor.  Coffee is available before and during the break.  Lunch is available for those that would like to stay for lunch.
