Meeting Place: Café Aquarium, Passeig Darder, 39-51, 17820, Banyoles Lake, Banyoles. This is next to Lar Carpa Restaurant.

Directions to Meeting Place: Banyoles Lake lies North of Girona and can be reached by taking the C66. You can drop down to Banyoles Lake from either the GIV 5132 or GIV 5121 from the C66 once you arrive.
Route Description This is a circular route starting from the meeting place. There is parking in front of the Aquarium Café or, alternatively there is a large car park behind La Carpa restaurant where we will have lunch. This car park can be accessed by taking Carrer de la Sardana which runs parallel to Passeig Darder. We ride to one end of the Lake and take a brief stop taking in the lake view before heading away from the lake. The route is mainly on tracks but there will be some on Tarmac. If the weather is clear we will see some beautiful views of the Pyrenees. We will stop for refreshment at Serinya before heading back to Banyoles Lake.

Any Additional Information: Although this route is mainly Flat with a few undulations, there is one climb away from the lake and can easily be ridden if you have electric bike. The route is mainly dry with some puddles/mud in places.  We reccied this route on Wednesday 11th March and it was fine.
