- Simple flat round trip from L'Armentera to Empuria Brava and back. Level 3 approx 30kms.

This is an easy flat comfortable ride for all abilities in our group, including non electric bikes. The route takes us along minor roads, rural tracks, riverside tracks, to the coastal resort of Empuria Brava, to return via the Agua Molls nature reserve to St Pere Pescador and finally L'Armentera.

1 - Tigre prawns in tempura with yellow curry sauce and mango.
2 - Confit artichokes with Manchego cheese cream, roasted figs and toasted almonds.
3 - Sautéed mushrooms with Catalan pork sausage and potato purée.
4 - Creamy white beans with sobrasada, cod confit and green apple.

A - Rice with scampi and squid.
B - Beef steak tartare with fried egg, rösti potatores and red wine reduction.
C - Sea bass in fisherman's stew with clams and garlic & parsley crumble.
D - Spinach cannelloni with truffled béchamel and parmesan crisp
