A circular ride of approximately 38 K on a mixture of familiar roads and tracks with some fabulous views over the Panedes, surrounding Llagostera, Casa de la Selva and Sant Andreu de Salou. After crossing the Rivera de Verneda we cycle through forest and fileds to our coffee stop in Cass de la Selva. Returning to Llagostera through the area of Selvatana.
