Back to the course, we are off to Gualta where we are hoping for cooler weather. Our organiser Kerrie Powell has a tee off at 9:30 am. Meeting at 9:00
Starting this game we will be requesting a €1 contribution which will go to the organiser to help with the cost of the prizes.

Starters
1 -Spinach and carrot quiche with arugula and goat cheese salad, with walnuts.
2 - Leek and potato cream with poached egg, crispy cured bacon and hazelnut oil.
3 - Radiatore pasta with creamy parmesan cheese confit cherry tomatoes and crispy onion.
Main Courses
A - Mas Pla’s Onice rice dry, with dark stir-fry, sweet veal and “ganxet” beans with roasted garlic mussoilina.
B - Roasted pork cheek with mushrooms and creamy carrot, with roast sauce.
C - Grilled salmon fillet with wok-fried vegetables and soya sprouts, thai ginger sauce and peanut crisps.
Dessert
W - Strawberry soup with lime sorbet and mint syrup.
X - Greek yogurt with red fruit’s’ stew.
Y - Carrot cake whit creamy cheese and almond crumble.
Z - Varied ice cream (lime, vainilla, with chocolate or orange)
