- Restaurant Triton, on C31 on the Left after the bridge when leaving Torroella to Pals. Car park in front of the restauurant. (it doesn't open untill 12.30 but we are permitted to park there)

From the starting point, follow the river Ter to Gualta, then continue via Fontanilles and Fontclara toPalau-Sator (coffee break). The tour then poceeds via Peratallada andSant Feliu de Boada, turning right onto the C31 just before Sant Julia de Boada. Cross the C31 and ride along it for approx 300 mts (excercise caution when crossing the C31) After this 300 mts stretch, turn right onto a dirt track that runs alongside meadows and fields to a small footbridge (bicycles must be pushed across this bridge).Passing Mas Pinell, the tour leads to La Gola del Ter. Finally follow the river to the Triton Restaurant. The circuit is approx 34 Kms long. It is a leisurly, mostly flat route with only slight inclines, consisting of paved back roads and a few farm tracks (some sections have been filled with gravel due to rainfall, so you might occasionally need to push your bike.
