We are a small group which meets on the second and third Thursdays in the month, in the restaurant area at Gualta Golf Club, where we spend a pleasant two hours over a coffee, chat and some form of art work. We pay nothing for the venue and therefore I would ask that those attending please buy a coffee and pastry.
At each session there is a suggested topic although it is lovely to see the work our members are working on at home, so feel free to continue with these in our sessions.
We welcome all abilities including complete beginners. There is no tuition, just friendly advice, if sought We work in all mediums, watercolour, acrylics, pastels, oils etc..
There has been a request for SILHOUTTE ART in the next session. Silhouette art is a single colour solid shape representation of a person or object against a light background that emphasizes the outline. One can use paper cutting, painting or photography. I look forward to seeing what you all produce!
