Our golf this month is at a venue that has just come back to life. We are playing at Fornells Pitch and Putt with a green fee of €14.50 which includes a coffee and soft drink. You can see the location on the map here.
Our organiser, Mark Sheppard, has scouted out the re-vamped course and also appears to have found us a nice restaurant, Can Peret. The menu is attached and please could you submit your orders to Mark before Sunday, 17th November. The menu price is €24.95 although yu will see some courses do have a supplement,
As we are quite a big group the restaurant needs to place their orders in advance. Lunch cancellations must be made by Sunday 17th too. Cancellations after this date may be subject to a charge from the restaurant.”
Fornells seems appropriate for a November game. It does have some water which may cause some fireworks when it comes to scoring. We will be teeing off with a shotgun start at 10.00.
Cancellation: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason you will receive an email & there will be a Cancellation Notice on the U3A Website by 8 am on the morning of the event.
