Meeting Dates 2010/11
Association Meetings
These are held bi-monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month. (except August)
The meeting opens at 10.15am with the opportunity for a coffee and a chat and at 11.15am the formal part of the meeting begins. This is held in the Cine Petit above El Recer.

At present we are using El Recer in Torroella de Montgri for our meetings. A map and direction to El Recer can be found on the 'Useful Information' area of the website.
Notification of meetings and directions will be posted on the website and also sent by email.
Committee Meetings
Committee meetings are held at the homes of Committee Members.
Agendas are e-mailed one week prior to the meetings. Please ensure that items for inclusion, AOB or apologies are with the Secretary 2 days before the agenda is issued. Times may vary.
